All Sales Final

All purchases made through Well Dunn XYZ are final sale.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing
  • Change of mind
  • Missed drops or restocks

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase.


Damaged or Defective Items

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photo/video proof of the damage
  • Email: info@welldunn.xyz

If approved, we will issue a replacement for the same item (subject to availability).


Replacement Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • We do not guarantee replacements for limited or sold-out items
  • If a replacement is unavailable, we may offer a store credit at our discretion

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Digital products (including music downloads)
  • Gift cards
  • Limited or exclusive drops

Shipping Issues

Well Dunn XYZ is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
  • Delays caused by carriers

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you must still contact us within the 7-day window.


Chargebacks & Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

Attempting a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Order blacklisting
  • Refusal of future service
